We booked a standard twin room with a nice view of the surroundings and appreciated having the wake-up service available.

The location was stunning and magnificent, so close to the Gergeti Trinity Church and the square with shops, restaurants, supermarket and Kazbegi / Gudauri / Stepantsminda. The staff were efficient, we had a smooth check in and a late check-out.

I would not hesitate to return there, liked its location, no complains at all. The atmosphere of the hotel is quiet. The property provides a good service.

We had a great stay here. The room was clean and cozy with a perfect view. The staff was really friendly and kind. The breakfast was very good and had a lot of options. The location was also convenient as we were right above the restaurant where they had karaoke the same night.
